Codes of practice for community broadcasters

If you broadcast community services, you have codes of practice to follow. These help you understand what you must do.

We monitor licence holders and can take action.

Industry codes should be regularly reviewed to ensure they provide appropriate community safeguards. Our position paper, What audiences want – Audience expectations for content safeguards, calls on broadcasters to address the expectations of today’s audiences when reviewing and updating their respective industry codes.
