Broadcasting forms

ACMA forms that national, commercial and community broadcasters must complete in order to apply for and operate, a broadcasting licence.

We also maintain a separate list of complaint forms.

Notification under section 61CG – emergency warnings

For trigger event affected licensees only

To inform the ACMA how they will comply with the minimum service standards for emergency warnings under section 61CG of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992

Notification under s8AE – local content exemption period

A licensee can determine its own local content exemption period by giving written notice to the ACMA at least 21 days before the day that the next applicable exemption period is due to start.
