AP alert	Additional regulatory and consultative arrangements apply to the processing of fixed earth applications. In assessing a licence application, we consider a range of matters. In addition to coordinating with licensed radiocommunications services, the assessment process requires: the regulatory status of the satellite network, with which the earth station is communicating, to be established; appropriate special condition(s) and/or advisory note(s) to be applied to the licence; and in certain circumstances relevant government organisations to be consulted in relation to the application. Accredited person’s undertaking frequency coordination in support of a licence application should note the additional matters outlined above. These matters may result in delays in the processing of applications and/or may require us to seek additional information from the licence applicant or the accredited person (acting on behalf of the applicant), about the proposed earth station or its related satellite system.
