The broadcast industry codes often use words such as 'accuracy' and 'impartiality' or 'decency'. These words can be interpreted in many different ways.
We have published three papers to give context and clarity around what these words mean, and how broadcasters can comply with them. The papers also show how the principles of broadcast regulation apply to the decisions we make.
