Enquiries and complaints
Of the 259 enquiries and complaints we received, 222 (86%) were valid complaints that we could investigate under the IGA.
Broken down over the quarter, we received 53 complaints and 10 enquiries in April; 106 complaints and 13 enquiries in May, and 63 complaints and 14 enquiries in June.

Investigations
We completed 17 investigations that involved 33 gambling sites. We found one or more breaches of the IGA in 15 investigations. There were 33 findings of breaches:
- 28 for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service to Australian customers
- 5 for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service to Australian customers.

Enforcement and disruption action
We issued 13 formal warnings to providers:
- TechOptions Group B.V. for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Vave).
- Beforelity Solutions N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Highway Casino).
- Bets Entertainment N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (1RED).
- Nitouka Limited for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (1RED).
- Rabidi N.V. for providing prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services (Neon 54, Rabona, 5 Gringos and Alf Casino).
- Araxio Development N.V. for providing prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services (Neon 54, Rabona, 5 Gringos and Alf Casino).
- RR Investments N.V. for providing prohibited interactive gambling services (Tsars, Zen Casino and Zen Betting).
- Dama N.V. for providing prohibited interactive gambling services (Cleopatra Casino, Goodman Casino and Zoome Casino).
- Strukin Limited for providing prohibited interactive gambling services (Cleopatra Casino, Goodman Casino and Zoome Casino).
- Digibrite S.R.L. for providing prohibited interactive gambling services (Reef Reels and Royal Reels).
- Trading Cards Crazy Pty Ltd for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Crown Pokies).
- Hollycorn N.V. for providing prohibited interactive gambling services (Wildblaster Casino and Slots Gallery).
- Libergos Limited for providing prohibited interactive gambling services (Wildblaster Casino and Slots Gallery).
We reported 17 URLs to accredited family-friendly filter providers for inclusion in the sites blocked when the filters are installed.
Website blocking
We have continued website blocking of services found in breach of the IGA. The majority are casino-style services offering games like blackjack, roulette, poker and slots. A number of the sites also provided wagering services without an Australian licence. It is an offence to provide or advertise these types of services to customers in Australia.
We blocked the following 77 websites. These relate to illegal gambling and affiliate advertising services, and include alternate sites set up to evade the blocks:
