Policies and procedures for the lawful disruption of access to online services.

These guidelines provide a summary of good practice for agencies to follow when making subsection 313(3) requests, in order to promote the transparent, accountable and responsible use of the subsection, and to ensure that online disruption activities are effective and in line with community expectations.
